SCOTT  LEWIS  -  A  TRIBUTE  TO  BUDDY  HOLLY

Did you know . . . Buddy Holly decided to pursue a career in music after opening for Elvis in 1955. He opened for Elvis three times that year and his band's style shifted from country and western to entirely rock and roll.

Just after 1 a.m. on 3 Feb 1959 Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, J. P. Richardson (the Big Bopper) and Roger Peterson (the pilot) were killed when their plane crashed into a cornfield, five miles northwest of the Mason City, Iowa, airport shortly after take-off.

Buddy Holly's wonderful songs live on in this amazing tribute. Scott Lewis has played across the UK and Europe delighting the fans with favourites such as "It's So Easy", "Maybe Baby", "Peggy Sue", "Heartbeat", "That'll Be The Day", "Raining In My Heart" and many more.
